Executed circa 1885.

This work will be included in the forthcoming Pissarro Digital Catalogue Raisonné, currently being prepared under the sponsorship of the Wildenstein Plattner Institute, Inc.

Condition Report:
Executed on cream wove paper. The sheet is hinged at the upper left and upper right corners of its verso. The sheet has been taped at all four edges of its verso. A few scattered minor stains. Some extremely minor pigment shrinkage to the white gouache around the extreme edges. A possible 1/4 inch tear to the lower left edge and a possible 1/2 inch repaired tear to the upper right corner. This work is in overall very good condition.
