Height: 25. 5 cm Diameter 13 cm Weight 1076 grams (gross) Approved with hallmarks of the French Empire used from 1809 to 1819. In Belgium until early 1814. French Rooster City label Brussels: Head with 27 Master: Joseph Germain Dutalis, Brussels 1780-1852 Approved with approval, used in 1814-1815 Joseph Germain Dutalis was purveyor to King Willem 1 of the Netherlands.
