Two candlesticks, signed F. Barbedienne. Height 33 cm, base 15 cm, diameter base 8 cm F Barbedienne born on 6 August 1810 is known for his bronze foundry of art reproduction. The chosen themes are often allegorical and draw from the Antique repertoire The candlesticks represent shepherds, the youngest carries a lamb, the oldest has a beard and a calf on his shoulders. The base is supported by three ungulate feet. This model is quite rare. They can be mounted as lamps; the lampshades shown are not for sale. A prominent place belongs to the House F.
