Pair of candlesticks in silver 800, handmade by famous silversmith Deyhle Gebrüder. Founded in Schwäbisch Gmünd in 1820 by brothers Christian Wilhelm and Gottlob Karl Deyhle, this silverware company was one of the oldest and most famous in Gmünd. It closed its activity in the 1990s. These amazing candlesticks are decorated with four hand-chiselled lion’s heads on their bases. With some flaws, highlighted by the picture gallery, an integral part of this description. Hallmarks: a prancing lion (Deyhle Gebrüder hallmark) , silver fineness 800/000, a crescent and a crown (symbols of Germany) . Total weight: 940 grams. With plaster counterweights.
