A grand-format bottle made for a memorable table, courtesy of Aubergine Restaurant. This lot includes one 3-litre Double Magnum of Capelands Redstone 2019, a Bordeaux blend from Stellenbosch. Grown on decomposed granite in a vineyard dating to 1997 and matured for 30 months in French oak (30% new), it offers wild berries, cherries, cassis, cedar, rose and underwood, with a full, soft body and a long, silky finish. 14% ABV.
