The ring has 27 round brilliant cut diamonds with a total carat weight of 0. 55ct. The 11 m. m. wide ring is a size 53 and has a gross weight of 18,1 grams. Fullly marked with f. Frenche hallmark, Cartier mark and further size (53) , 750 for 18k and productionnumber. (65906A) Overall in excellent condition. The ring comes complete with its original Cartier presentation box .
