Cartier 1999 Sauvage Collection 3.00ctw Black and White Diamond Solid 18K White Gold Ring - This lovely ring made its debut as part of Cartier's Sauvage collection. The ring was finely crafted of solid 18k white gold and has a bombe-style design adorned with approximately 3.00ctw genuine black and white pave set diamonds. This is a rare, retired design which is no longer in production. These retired designer pieces have proven to become the best quality investment pieces, as they are incredibly difficult to find, and highly sought after by collectors around the globe. The ring is signed "Cartier" on the inside of the shank along with the year "1999", gold purity "750", ring size "48", and unique serial number.
