Cartier - a pair of 18ct gold mabe pearl and diamond

The mabe pearl to a round brilliant-cut diamond surround, fitted posts and clips, signed Cartier, total diamond weight approx. 2.24cts, diameter 2.5cm, with box.
Condition Report: Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Gross weight approx. 25g. Calculated diamond weight approximate, weighed in mount, weight may differ. One earring with slight bruise to reverse side of the frame. Possibly later added post, originally a clip earring. Ear posts with glue support around base of the post extra support. Signed Cartier, numbered 23740 Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright and lively. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. The mabe pearls are well matched, they have a cream body colour, displaying pinks and greens.
