Carved Tiger's Eye Owl

A carved tiger's eye 'owl' with metal feet mounted on a stone stand. The owl is marked 'LW 10271' on the underside of the tail. Dimensions with stand: 5 1/4 inches tall X 3 1/2 inches wide; 13.3 cm tall X 8.9 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: The feet have been glued to the owl; slight damage to the right side of the owl's face, with natural seams and inclusions.

Provenance: From a collection in Virginia.
