A stylised spindle-shaped bead, meticulously polished from high-quality veined agate. It displays a dynamic interplay of layers and natural parallel bands of an intense chocolate hue, semi-translucent areas and bands of pure white. Perforated lengthwise from end to end. Liao Dynasty (916–1125) or later.
