Antique cast iron "SPEAKING DOG" mechanical bank. Key included. These banks were produced by J. & E. Stevens and Shepard Hardware company. Bank measures 7 1/2" wide x 7" tall x 3" wide. Mechanically working. Paint loss present. Some parts appear to have been repained at some point in time.
