Double-edged blade with lenticular cross section, deeply struck crowned mark on the obverse side. Iron hilt. Knuckle-guard, side bar with chiselled lion-head, a straight quillon and langets (shortened) and outer ring. Wooden grip covered with hide(later). Bulbous flattened pommel. Probably Germany, 17th century, length 94.5 cm. Condition 2
