Cecil CECIL THE BOMBYCE NETWORK Stigmates (Vol. 3), Les Humanoïdes Associés 2010 Original cover. Signed. Acrylic inks enhanced with colored pencils on paper 30.5 × 37.8 cm (11.815 × 14.88 in.) After two covers depicting the two heroes’ frantic race from a high-angle and low-angle perspective, this frontal, contemplative view brings their adventure to a close. The twilight atmosphere is no coincidence; it gently sets the stage and foreshadows the drama to come. For the album cover, the image was cropped more tightly to emphasize the heroes’ inner turmoil and despondency. Cecil
