Ceramic & Wool Sheep Bench Manner of Edna Cataldo

A vintage whimsy art animal bench in the the manner of Edna Cataldo (American, 1937-2009). Features a quirky hand sculpted glazed ceramic pottery face, with a Flokati wool covered wooden body. Seemingly inspired by works of Francois-Xavier Lalanne. No apparent makers mark; therefore being sold as in the manner of Edna Cataldo.

Dimensions: 26 X 13 X 30 in.

Condition: Poor overall vintage condition with moderate to heavy surface wear evident. The wool shows significant signs of use, while the pottery face displays noticeable crazing and some yellow residue above one eye. Please consider these factors when placing your bid. Estate fresh to the market.
