Condition Report:
The canvas is unlined and very slightly buckling in the upper right quadrant. The paint surface is stable and in good condition but lightly soiled. Small circular patch at lower right corner with minor flaking. Minor frame abrasions to edges. Under UV light, retouching to aforementioned abrasions; to the man's hair, forehead, cheeks, chin, and cape; to the woman's face, neck, and hands. Artist designed frame.
