First through eighth volumes bound in white cloth-covered boards stamped in red, grey, blue, and black; ninth through eleventh volumes bound in off-white paper-covered boards stamped in red, grey, blue, and black.
Publication ceased during Nazi occupation, but an additional three volumes were published after World War II. Covers of first eight volumes designed by Karl Teige.
