Accompanied by GCS Sapphire Report No. 79181-32, stating that the sapphire is natural, of Sri Lanka (Ceylon) origin, with no indications of heating.
Condition Report: Scratches to metal surface. Signs of re-sizing to shank. Minor abrasions to sapphire surface. Two diamonds are chipped. Otherwise in very good condition.
