18th century. Spanish chair, these chairs are exactly made like this in the Netherlands. Because the Spaniards brought this into the 16th century. For that reason it could also be Dutch. The walnut and leather (original) have a beautiful patina. You can still sit on it, sturdy enough - but of course it's mainly an object.
