Condition report:
Poor estate condition with tears, splits, discoloration, and scratches to leather. Both seats missing one button. One seat with area of discoloration to seat front and large split to leather. Same chair with tears and broken stiching to arm rest, foam expossed. Heavily worn cording along leather arm rests. Aluminum with extensive scratches, discoloration and surface accumulations consistent with age and heavy use. Chair mechanisms work well. Chairs glide easily. All casters present.
