Condition Report: Laminate top shows surface wear and ambient discoloration associated with use. Hardware has been replaced, with two small areas showing thin cracks from hardware protruding slightly through top. One area of filler has been overpainted near edge of top. Normal wear to base in keeping with age. Fair condition.
