Overall in nice stable condition. Both have manufacturer's label to underside. Chair dated November 17, 2012.
Chair: some surface grime on leather - heaviest on armrest (see photo). No visible tears or repairs. Wood is in good condition - no scratches or other concerns. Two small abrasions too leather - on left armrest and on bottom backrest.
Ottoman: leather in tact with no visible tears or repairs. Wood is in good condition - no scratches or other concerns.
