Condition Report: The bottom seat panel of this chair is significantly damaged. Shockmounts have detached and bolts have been added through the sides underneath the armrests. Holes have also been drilled through the bottom of the panel, and there are many small nail holes around edges, likely from an applied cover that has since been removed. Metal Herman Miller tag has been removed. Professional repair is recommended before use.
