Rare early American Sunday School wall map laid down on linen, with original wooden rods. Below map is a graph and five vignettes, titled: "A Chart exhibiting the progress of Christianity from the birth of our Savior to the present time." Rare. This publisher not mentioned in Tooley's Dictionary of Map makers nor in the Supplement. Shellac darkened but completely legible. Couple of wrinkles in paper (rebacking should cure this).
