款識：〈畫〉任他紅紫善成塵，剩得凌波縹緲身。尚向漫天冰雪裡，金堅玉潔見精神。秋君先生方家兩正。陳樹人。
〈書〉八年闊別舊錢塘，元吉登臨識野莊。湖老感憂水欲涸，天寒願諒梅無香。臺徵白日時猶早，洞曰黃龍夢不長。惟覺兩堤幽意少，如飛車影去來忙。元旦登初陽臺游黃龍洞。
庭外早梅已可觀，主人欲別故盤桓。方知疎影非云老，細嚼初香不覺酸。渺渺孤鴉入亂藪，霏霏薄雪鬧荒園。夢中一語作何想，天地有心點歲寒。惜別白馬湖早梅。
晴雪清光好大來，倚裝猶可蹔徘徊。初陽逼樹隨聲仰，厚水當舟著力開。簷有長晶已若鑿，爐維殘火不添煤。莫忘山野賞心事，珍重寒程酒一杯。雪晴離白馬湖。
秋君社友命作小楷，老眼破筆，如何能工。錄句惟希吟正。二十三年中秋，頤淵書於滬濱。

註：陳樹人、經亨頤皆革命元老，仝嗜藝術，曾共組「寒之友社」，藉書畫以抒懷言志，合作甚多。本幅即二人寫贈同為社友之李秋君（1899－1973）。李氏，乃鎮海小港望族，其「歐湘館」乃滬上藝文界雅集之地，與張大千交情尤篤。
扇骨一面刻折枝梅花，一面刻行書七言詩，款「殿卿三兄屬。書田張聯登」。
