Chichibu - Paris Edition 2021 - 700ml

Very intense and yet harmonious Chichi, a bit too eichig-spicy for me, but otherwise nothing to complain about, no missing notes, the important Chichibu notes also appear, very good.
Nose

Coconut oil, almonds, toffee, nice malt, camphor and intense vanilla, shortbread, some peach and green apple, salted caramel
Taste

Spices and bourbon sweetness, camphor, nutmeg, some black pepper, then after about 10-15 seconds comes the nice Chichibu banana, banana chips, coconut flakes, some IPA, nice malt and roasted oak chips, some papaya chips, lots of ginger, toffee
Finish

Toasted Almonds, Malt, Banana Chips, Ginger, Medium to Long, Anise, Tick Chamomile
