3ca. orange-yellow with variety much of "HINA" of "CHINA" omitted which has been replaced by a blotch of ink; cancelled by a part strike of Tientsin seal in blue; there is a closed tear at top. Very fresh appearance and a wonderful example of this striking error. Photo
