Hsüan-t'ung 20 Cents Year 3 (1911) UNC Details (Harshly Cleaned) NGC, Tientsin mint, KM-Y29, L&M-40, Kann-229, WS-0048. Among the few "general" Imperial minors produced during the reign of the final Qing Emperor, Hsüan-t'ung, and a type which always comes highly contested when found in any state of preservation. Showing all evidence of a thoroughly sound strike and details free from circulation wear, we would note that despite being designated as "harshly" cleaned on the holder, the cleaning actually appears to be rather light, leaving just scattered wisps over the surfaces and slightly muting the coin's luster.
