Chinese Bixi Snuff Bottle of Boy, 18th Century
A small Chinese pale blue green bixi snuff bottle dating from the 18th century. The snuff bottle depicts a boy holding coins and includes a pink tourmaline stopper featuring a frog.
Dimensions are: 1 7/8 inches tall X 3 /4 of an inch wide; 4.8 cm tall X 1.9 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: There is a chip to the coin rope around the boy's head. It is in otherwise good condition with some fissures to the stone.
