A Chinese blue and white twin snuff bottle dating from the 19th century.

Dimensions are: 2 1/4 inches tall X 2 inches wide, 5.72 cm X 5.08 cm. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: One missing stopper, otherwise good condition.

Provenance: From the estate of a surgeon in the Washington, D.C. area. The items were acquired from various auction houses including Christie's and Sotheby's prior to the 1990s.
