Chinese Carved Agate Toggle with Bats,18th Century

A Chinese carved agate toggle dating from the 18th century. The toggle features a trio of bats, a dragonfly, and lingzhi mushrooms.

Dimensions: 1 3/4 inches tall X 1 1/8 inches wide; 4.4 cm tall X 2.9 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: One small chip to the stem by the dragonfly, overall good condition.

Provenance: From a private collection in Lorton, Virginia. The collector has been restoring antiques for over 50 years in the Washington, DC area.
