Chinese Carved Jade Roosters, 18-19th Century

A Chinese white jade carving of 2 roosters dating from the 18th to the 19th century.

Dimensions: 2 1/8 inches tall X 2 inches wide; 5.4 cm tall X 5.1 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: There are some minor chips and natural seams and inclusions.

Provenance: From a private collection in Lorton, Virginia. The collector has been restoring antiques for over 50 years in the Washington, DC area. Acquired from the collection of Mr. David Maury.
