Chinese Celadon Jade Boulder, 18th Century

A Chinese celadon jade boulder dating to the 18th century with a carved wooden stand. On one side the boulder features a scholar with an attendant, a bridge over a river, a pine tree, and a mountain path. The other side features a deer in a cave.

Dimensions are: 4 1/2 in. tall X 2 in. wide; 11.4 cm tall X 5.1 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: It is in good condition.

Provenance: From a private collection in Boston, Massachusetts.
