Chinese Ch'ien-lung Period Porcelain Snuff Bottle. Mark and period of Ch'ien-lung period 1739-1793. Of spade form with a framed panel on each side, decorated in famille-rose enamels with three cocks perking on grass on both sides. The neck and narrow shoulders with formalized floral scrolls in blue and white, the base with a Qianlong four-character mark in seal script. Provenance: David Chang Collection (San Francisco California).
