Chinese Famille Rose Lidded Bowl, Republic
A Chinese famille rose lidded bowl dating from the Republic period. The interior and the exterior of the bowl and lid are decorated with blossoming branches with lingzhi, butterflies, and lotuses, all on a white ground. There are 6-character marks on the bottom of the bowl and on the lid.
Dimensions are: 2 3/4 inches tall X 4 1/2 inches wide, 7 cm X 11.4 cm. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: There is a chip to the rim of the bowl and firing defects throughout. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
