Chinese Famille Rose Plate, 19th Century
A Chinese famille rose plate dating from the 19th century. The interior features a central roundel of a domestic scene with two figures. It is framed by scholarly objects and vine tracery. Surrounding this are four labeled figures separated by longer inscriptions with various seals.
Dimensions are: 3/4 inches tall X 8 inches wide, 1.9 cm X 20.3 cm. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: There is one minuscule chip to the rim, as well as firing cracks and glaze wear throughout. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
