Chinese Gilt Silver and White Jade Hand Mirror
A Chinese jade and gilt silver hand mirror, the jade plaques date from the late-18th or early-19th century. The larger plaque features 3 auspicious symbols; the smaller plaque features a deer, crane, and lingzhi. The silver features precious stones and a flower pattern; the handle features flowers and a bird.
Dimensions: 10 inches tall X 4 1/4 inches wide; 25.4 cm tall X 10.8 cm wide. Weight: 294.2 grams. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: General wear to the silver and mirror; the jade plaque on the handle has a crack in the upper half; the other plaque shows no noted damage.
