Chinese Hardwood Kang Table, 19th Century

A Chinese hardwood kang table carved with lotuses and tracery and dating from the 19th century.

Dimensions: 10 1/2 inches tall X 30 inches wide X 16 inches deep; 26.7 cm tall X 76.2 cm wide X 40.6 cm deep. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: The wood is split along the top.

Provenance: From Mr. Lee in Maryland. Items were collected by Mr. Lee's father in Hong Kong prior to the 1950s.
