Chinese Jade Buckle, Warring States Period or Han
A two-part Chinese jade buckle dating from the Warring States period or Han dynasty. Each part of the buckle features a carving of a taotie, while a dragon head is depicted on the hook.
Dimensions are: 1 inches tall X 2 1/4 inches wide, 2.5 cm tall X 5.7 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: Age-appropriate wear.
Provenance: From Mr. Lee in Houston, Texas. Items were collected by his father over 30 years ago.
