Chinese Jade Goat, Ming Dynasty

A Chinese jade carving of a goat dating from the Ming dynasty.

Dimensions: 1 1/4 inches tall X 2 3/8 inches wide, 3.2 cm tall X 6 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: Age appropriate wear.

Provenance: From Mrs. Hillebrand in Chicago. Her father-in-law purchased these items in China and Hong Kong between 1935 and 1970. Lots 79-90 from our March 14, 2019 auction were from the same collection.
