2 cylindrical scroll holders/ cases & one lacquer & gilt decorated pagoda form wood carving with figures. Each scroll case is finished in a deep red with gold painted Chinese characters throughout. The interior of each lid has a tag with additional Chinese characters. The wood pagoda carving features 6 people in conversation. There is a makers' mark stamp in the bottom of the piece as well as a sticker & a wire to hang on the back. From a Cliffside Park, NJ estate. Dimensions: scroll case 1 measures approx. 33.625" h x 3" w; scroll case 2 measures approx. 33.625" h x 3" w; wood carving measures approx. 12" h x 10" w x 3.125" d.

Scroll case 2; good, with minor dings/ dents & light surface scratches. Gold pen mark on the lid, scuffing on the bottom. Additional scuffs and scratches throughout. Wood carving; wear, dings/ dents & surface scratches. Substantial crack in the top of the piece. Additional smaller cracks throughout.
