Chinese Lidded Jade Vase, 18th Century
幹隆 白玉蓋瓶 A Chinese lidded white and grey jade vase with two decorative chilong handles from the 18th century. The sides of the vase are carved with centered taotie masks. Towards the foot of the vase is an upright banana leaf border. The vase has a carved lotus form base. The lid of the vase has a simple ruyi head handle.
Dimensions are: 4 1/8 inches wide X 9 1/2 inches high. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: It is in good condition.
Provenance: From a Chicago, IL estate.
