Chinese Ming Blue & White Bowl w/ Horses & Riders

Small bowl with everted rim, the exterior decorated with riders on horseback, one with tall peaked hat and banner, one in robes carrying something--perhaps a sword--aloft in one hand, another with elaborate headgear, the fourth rather slumped in the saddle. Interior with a figure seated on a log beneath a tree. Good color. Somewhat distorted off round. Gritty unglazed foot rim. Small chip and nibbles to rim, faint hairline. Approx. 2 1/2" H., 6" D. Collected in Southeast Asia in the 1970s.
