A rectangular ceramic brick with rectangular recess bearing a high-relief robed and nimbate Buddha figure seated beneath a canopy; detailing to the face, ushnisha, hands and robes; remains of painted pigmentation. 4 kg, 33.5cm (13 1/4"). From a Hong Kong collection of Buddhist art formed in the 1990s.
