Chinese Ordos Rectangular Zoomorphic Plaque Group

5th-2nd century BC. A group of rectangular openwork bronze plaques or mounts, each with four kneeling regardant stylised beasts, with circular eyes and detailing to the bodies and paws; reverses of two plaques with rectangular mounting 'straps'.
