Dimensions: 27 inches tall X 18 inches wide; 68.6 cm tall X 45.7 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: It is in good condition.
Provenance: From the estate of Mr. and Mrs. Martinson in Northern Minnesota. Mr. Martinson's grandparents Andrew and Anna Martinson went to China in 1903 and Mr. Andrew Martinson died in China in 1913; the couple's son, Mr. Harold Martinson, our collector's father, was born in China, as was Mr. Martinson himself in 1931. The present Mr. and Mrs. Martinson later served as missionaries to Hong Kong in the 1960s. Items from the same collector were sold at our September Fine Asian Art and Antiques auctions, 2019.
