黄君璧 山水镜片 A Chinese watercolor and ink painting on paper of a house among mountain peaks with a forest and waterfall by Huang Junbi. The painting has 3 seals, a poem, inscription, is dated 1985 and is mounted on a silk backing with dowels.
Dimensions are: 47 1/2 inches tall X 24 inches wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: It is in good condition.
Provenance: From the estate of Mr. & Mrs. Hwang in Orange County, CA. Mr. Hwang's father was a government officer in the Nationalist government in Taiwan, while his mother, Yao Xiuyu, was a student of Huang Junbi. She also studied painting and calligraphy from other notable artists in Taiwan such as Lin Yushan and Chen Ruigen and was herself an accomplished artist. 拍品431至440來自加州橙縣黃氏夫婦。黃先生的父親黃佑曾是台灣國民黨政府官員，其母姚秀鈺則是黃君璧的學生。姚女士還師從台灣知名藝術家林玉山和陳瑞庚，在書畫方面頗有造詣。
