Chinese Peking Glass Snuff Bottle, 18/19th Century
A Chinese white and blue Peking glass snuff bottle with reverse-painted panels dating from the 18th to 19th century. The body of the bottle is white with cobalt blue accents surrounding two round reverse painted panels of birds on flowering branches. It has a tiger's eye stopper with a spoon.
Dimensions are: 2 3/8 inches tall X 2 3/8 inches wide, 6 cm X 6 cm. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: There are minuscule chips throughout.
Provenance: From a private Pennsylvania collection.
