This fine early 19 cent.
Well cast archaic style bronze is a typical example of the archaic revival in the 18th and 19th cent. At the center depicting Taotoie mask of gold thread inlaid in the bronze, above and below archaic style petal designs. the 2 handles on both sides are also silver inlaid. deep red patina to the body with green inclusions.
at the top a scratch.
