Chinese Robin's Egg Blue Cup, 18th Century
A Chinese robin's egg glaze cup dating from the 18th century. The exterior features a low relief carving of a pair of dragons chasing a flaming pearl over a wave motif.
Dimensions are: 1 7/8 inches tall X 3 inches wide, 4.8 cm X 7.6 cm. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: There are abrasions and a small glaze chip to the bottom of the interior of the cup. There are glaze pops to the exterior. Overall good condition.
Provenance: From a private St. Petersburg, Florida collection.
