Chinese Silver Presentation Plaque
DESCRIPTION: Chinese silver presentation plaque, mark of Zee Wo, of shield form, inscribed with Han characters, decorated with floral, foliage, and bird motifs, and mounted to a conforming carved wooden stand. Additional inscription at reverse of stand. Marked with an additional Han character mark at bottom of plaque. Includes wooden case.

DIMENSIONS: (With stand's leg out) H: 10.75" W: 9" Depth: 7.25"
CONDITION: Chip to stand's leg, resulting in the stand leaning to one side. The top of the box's lid is detached. The lid is partially detached from the bottom of the box; one hinge is missing; two hinges are partially detached. Crack to side of lid. Heavy losses to the paper on top of the lid. Heavy losses to fabric at interior of box. Oxidation to most of the box's metal components.
